Dear colleagues and members of AEIMS, We are pleased to announce that the 31st AEIMS conference, entitled "Scientific Illustration: Learning and Sharing, at the dawn of an AI revolution" will be held at the prestigious Paris Estienne School on the 9th and 10th of October, 2025.
This conference will provide an opportunity for creators, scientists, students, and professionals from France and Europe to connect. It will provide an opportunity for students to explore the dynamics and diversity of the "scientific illustration" specialty.
This event will take place over two days; a preliminary program will be published in due course. Please be aware that Keynote speakers from both scientific and artistic fields will lead these days of discussion, focusing on our professional practice and the teaching of scientific illustration in Europe, within a world increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence.
There will also be visits to venues dedicated to major scientific disciplines, an exhibition, and a private viewing in the Estienne School lobby. A gala evening will close this congress which we hope will be fruitful for all scientific illustrators! A registration link will be available soon.
